Dry, Medium Bodied style of Cabernet FrancThis Cabernet Franc is elegant and dry. It develops a typical herbaceous scent very distinctive of this variety. It offers ripe and rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, leather and earth. On the palate it is bold, with coffee, nutmeg, and plum and black cherry flavours complimented by medium-high acidity and moderately high tannin.
