Rose - Pale rose-gold to faintly pink colour, aromas are shy and simple, with a spicy fruit note that is sotto voce. Pinot noir perhaps. The palate is fruity and almost dry, with some richness and appealing flavour. A pleasant quaffing fizz with a bit of extra character than most in its range. Enjoyable.
