About this product
The chateau is located in the east of the Helan Mountain, Ningxia. This region is a typical arid and semi-arid region and has a continental climate, with an altitude of 1,100m. The soil is from parent materials and dominated by alluvial deposits with different degree of loess. Its permeability is strong so that grape roots can go deep into 10 meters and grapes can have high quality and elegant aroma. This Blanc de Noir is definitely the first ever white cabernet sauvignon. Its colour, texture and taste profile are completely new to the world. It has a new quality of being a perfect companion to most foods and serves extremely well as a cocktail.
