Family Cabernet Sauvignon

This region is a typical arid and semi-arid region and has a continental climate, with an altitude of 1,100m.

The soil is from parent materials and dominated by alluvial deposits with different degree of loess.

Its permeability is strong so that grape roots can go deep into 10 meters and grapes can have high quality and elegant aroma.

 

Another great Cabernet Sauvignon from Chateau Changyu. Deep dark in colour, plenty of flavour. An impressive wine with cassis fruit, eucalypt, smokey - cedary oak and various floral characters. Assured through the finish. Tannin builds up a head of steam; cellar time will improve the already excellent quality.
