Variety: Malbec 100%.

Vineyards:

Vineyards located between the 750 and 1100 m. a. s. l.

Soils: Alluvial soils settled on boulders.

Process:

Hand harvesting

Bunch selection.

Destemming.

Berry selection.

Fermentation and maceration for over 25 days.

Pneumatic pressing.

Natural malolactic fermentation.

Aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels

Filtering.

Bottling

Tasting Notes: Purpled-colored, the nose offers mineral aromas, plums and black cherry notes with a touch of black pepper.

The palate is soft and round, with ripe, saturated berry flavors. It finishes spicy and full, with chewy tannins and ample.

Pairing: Ideal to serve with cheeses, red meats, mushrooms, stews and with the typical Argentinian “asado”.

Drinking Temperature: 15° C – 18° C
