Didier Chopin has always been passioned by the wine. In 1989, he devoted himself to this passion, meeting the need he had by giving his name to the first bottle he made.
He settled in Champlat-Boujacourt, in La Vallée de la Marne, 25 km from Epernay and Reims, 1 hour from Paris (Dormans exit).
The business
Year after year, he acquired new parcels. Today, Didier owns a little more than 3 hectares and about 200,000 bottles are produced each year.
This is a family business, where Didier is working with his wife and his two children.
