When William the Conqueror went from France to England in 1066, he carried with him several casks of wine made from fermented apples. This wine, in England called Cider, quickly became very popular and is still produced in almost the same way.

Carden's Cider is fermented out of superior cider apples in the long-established tradition of Ireland and Britain. With this process, we take our time, thus creating the remarkable flavour that turns Carden's into a refreshing, tasty and unique experience.
