MontaraChalamber Road Reserve Grampians Shiraz 2010
About this product
The 2010 Chalambar Road Reserve Shiraz was sourced from some of the oldest vines at Montara, the elevated House Block vineyard, planted in 1972. This wine shows generous ripe fruit characters, choc mint, and menthol. The palate opens with concentrated black fruit, pudding and spice, finishing with rich, cedary sweet oak. The tannins are rich and ripe, yet provide a wonderful framework to support the fruit weight. An incredibly age-worthy wine built for the long haul.
