Similar to past Jimmy Shiraz vintages, the palate is dominated by juicy plum, blueberries and spicy pepper. Full bodied but soft, this shiraz can easily be enjoyed now. An excellent pairing with Mum’s Sunday roast.

Full bodied but soft, this shiraz can easily be enjoyed now. An excellent pairing with Mum’s Sunday roast.
Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
