Bright pale straw with green tints, this Shingleback Kiss Me Kate Chardonnay is a harmonious blend of Adelaide Hills & McLaren Vale Chardonnay. Aromas of stone fruit and Nashi pear are accentuated with notes of candied lemon and roasted cashew. The palate presents a fruit salad of pink grapefruit, crunchy apple, white peach and fresh pineapple. Whilst delicious in its youth, this wine will continue to develop over the next 5 years in the right cellaring condition.
