86% from Adelaide Hills, 14% from McLaren Vale, machine-harvested, destemmed, cultured yeast, 25% matured in stainless steel, 75% in French oak (50% new). The bouquet is complex, and the palate fulfils the promise with its woven tapestry of fruit and oak flavours framed by fresh acidity; the overall balance is good, as is the length of what are essentially delicate fruits. I?m intrigued by the blend.

Mostly Adelaide Hills but with small input from McLaren Vale. It almost feels firm. It has juicy nectarine and fuzzy peach flavours, prettied further by sweet, milky oak. It’s generous upfront but racy through the finish. Works pretty, well, you’d have to say.
