Congratulations DM for your recommendation. A shame it wasn't appreciated by everyone but at least the Show judges did. McLaren Vale at it's finest

I can see why this wine won the Max Schubert and several other awards. Slightly heavier on the Grenache than other GSM. Floral red cordial aroma and violet savory finish on the taste. Bargain award winning wine.

Still prefer Teusner Avatar and Joshua red blend of GSM.

I particularly enjoy the GSM Blend and was happy to try this example from Shingleback as promoted by DM via an email. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and found it lacked any body or depth of flavour to the point of tasting watered dow
