In 2017, our Coonawarra vineyards were certified to Australian Organic standards, and no pesticides have been used on the property for over 10 years. We use natural alternatives likes flowers to attract bugs which eat our pests. Small berries like ours, express more colour and flavour and the skins natural soft tannins will naturally help this wine age well until 2029.
