Medovarus Wild light mead has a harsh, drier taste than Amber. Wild honey with pine buds and juniper berries recreates the favourite drink of stern Vikings and brave coast-dwellers. It is a new style of mead, both drier and lighter, more refreshing drinking. Fermented for 21 days, it is a mead with a modern twist: thirst-quenching, mid-strength and lightly sparkling. A great alternative to cider, it works best when chilled.
