Leads with lifted aromas of grapefruit, dill, caper berry, rosemary and petrichor which ease into the Semillon’s lemon sherbet and chalk notes. Complexity is enhanced by barrel fermentation on varying levels of grape solids, making the palate supple and long. The inclusion of tank-fermented Semillon channels a fine backbone of natural acidity to underpin the persistent tangy stone fruit flavours and a silken textured finish.
