Cala N.2 has the unmistakably distinct characteristic of a single estate "terroir" wine, reflecting the unique nature of the Tinedo soils and climate. Maturing for 18 months in French oak casks rounds its "terroir" character. The use of old casks limits woody notes and makes for a balanced and clean wine. The Graciano grape lasts well on the palette and has a pleasant level of acidity.
