Independent wineryThe aroma is seductive, fresh with enticing lime juice, lychee and citrus blossom. This wine has a subtle power with elegant lime and floral characters coming to the fore, whilst the palate has great length, being both dry and yet mouth-filling. This is enhanced by a small proportion of the wine being matured in old French oak and the balance of the wine is reinforced by hallmark Mt Barker Riesling acidity. Suitable for cellar with a right cellaring condition.

A small percentage of the wine was fermented in old French oak. Towerhill says the wine is dry - fascinating because it does taste fruit-sweet with Meyer lemon and Tahitian lime, the acidity a guy rope.
