TowerhillRiesling 2011
About this product
This wine displays vibrant aromatics reminiscent of freshly crushed wildflowers and rose petals with hints of white peach.. these flavours lead to a mid-palate core of intense lime juice supported with crisp acidity and balanced by an ethereal textural minerality. Pale straw in colour with nice length and a clean, dry finish. This wine will reward medium term cellaring with the development of complex characters of toast and honey.

A fragrant, flowery, blossom-filled bouquet leads into a generously flavoured, bordering fleshy, palate with lime juice and pineapple flavours girdled by crisp acidity. Attractive now, but will grow in bottle, as the more mature wines vividly demonstrate.
