Fine with excellent clarity, the delicately fragrant bouquet shows lime cordial, fresh fig, crunchy apple and white floral aromas, followed by a linear palate that's focused and finely flowing. Splendidly structured and balanced with a lengthy mouth-watering finish. At its best: 2026 to 2036.

Pale colour. Classic camomile, pure lime aromas with hint slatey notes. Pure, tight and minerally with lime cordial, camomile, crispy apple flavours and fresh linear acidity. A touch of torque at the finish. Racy and refined wine with superb length. Let it age for a year. Drink 2025–2035
