About this product
Our friends at Anther Gin used a NED American Oak Barrel to age their Cherry Gin. After this was harvested we selected a NED reserve grade whisky that had a structure of savoury oak and spice to refill this barrel. This was to ensure the whisky stood up to the complexity of the cherry gin.
This has resulted in a whisky with a glorious punch of juniper and oak to start, followed by the flavour of sweet oak, caramel hints and then clean dry whisky and more oak before the cherry fruit emerges. The finish is long with dark chocolate and cherries.
With less than 472 bottles of our Single Barrel Cherry Gin Finish, this is one of our smallest releases of whisky to date. Each bottle is individually numbered.
