The Wanted Series is a collection of limited edition, premium whisky releases from the NED barrel house.
Each batch in this series combines a barrel from a special stash of whisky matured in 500-litre European oak, blended with a barrel from NED’s heritage 200-litre American oak collection.
This first release is a bold yet restrained expression of NED, with toffee, dark chocolate and oak complimented by orange, caramel and dried fruit. The barrels were selected for taste and then blended to the perfect bottling strength of 44% Alc/Vol to deliver NED’s characteristic fullness.
Tasting Notes
Toffee, dark chocolate and oak are complimented with orange, caramel and dried fruit.
