Single Barrel 02: Shiraz Wine Finish 500mL

An extremely limited release of NED Whisky drawn from a single barrel which had been seasoned with Shiraz Wine.
We secured a Shiraz Wine barrel from our friends at Mount Langi Ghiran Vineyard in Victoria. We filled it with a carefully selected barrel of our premium NED Whisky that was rich and bold in caramel and vanilla, with a soft finish and mellow profile to help balance out any tannins.
This whisky captures the glorious fruit and weight of Victorian Shiraz and we believe this to be our smoothest and richest NED Whisky released to date.
With less than 450 bottles of our Single Barrel Shiraz Finish, this is one of our smallest releases of whisky to date. Each bottle is individually numbered.
