Apples and pears dominate the senses, and a crisp, lively palate ensues. This Pinot Grigio was sourced from long term growers across a range of cool climate regions in South Australia. Each year we select individual parcels of fruit that best reflect the style of wine we are trying to produce.

Lively and aromatic with notes of Barlett pears, Pink Lady apples, and a hint of almond blossom. This wine presents with intense flavour, crunchy texture, balanced by mouth-watering acidity. It is crisp and dry with a lively palate.
