Palish colour, straw tints. A curious bouquet which displays dried herb, dried flower and talc aromas including white pepper. It's not especially gris-like, but a new iteration. The palate is delicate and quite intense, with a faint dab of sweetness in the centre and a little grip that dries the aftertaste and contributes to length.
