Really lovely intensity with this one. There's also a rich note at play giving the lime flavour a sort of thickness, albeit dry and crisp. Adding to the mix are the classic gooseberry and tropical flavours so beloved by sauvignon blanc drinkers. It's not shy. It's overt - it's an attack on the taste buds, and represents exciting "savvy" value at this price.
