Pear (Poire) Syrup 1L is made in France by a fourth generation family established 1885. Made from the pulp of the sweet Pear William variety with no preservatives added. Light fine yellow in colour. Strong aromas of freshly cut Pear William. A nice balance between the sweet and slightly acid notes. Velvety palate and reminiscent of the pear flesh. Excellent for desserts and cocktails. Created for professional cocktail bartenders.
