About this product

Bigallet’s China China Liquor took a Silver medal at the revered San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Produced by Bigallet liquor makers from the Alpine region of France since 1875. Made from sweet & bitter orange peel macerated in neutral beet alcohol and re-distilled in alembic stills, along with plants, seeds and gentian. Derives its colour from the addition of caramel. Retains an assertive cardamon, peppery, cinnamon flavour. For professional bartenders.
