Its vibrant and faintly herbal bouquet of fresh gooseberries, guava and sweet, faintly charry vanilla oak reveals undertones of passionfruit and minerals. Long and elegant, its supple, evenly paced palate of translucently clear fruit delivers a slightly fleshy presence of pristine fruit and tight- grained oak, extending with shape and focus towards a lively finish of nervy acids and lingering varietal purity.
