Ish Gin is a super premium Gin with a traditional London Dry style but with a twist...an extra shot of juniper. The smooth clean taste is the result of the superior quality botanicals used in the distillation. It is elegant on the nose and well structured on the palate with sweet citrus notes.

The extra dose of Juniper bodes well for this UK Dry Gin, without overwhelming the other Botanicals. Excellent bar presence and stands out form the crowd. Good for Martinis and simple, whip it up drinks. Fever Tree or Capi. Nice.
