Amid the plethora of high performing Pinot Gris from established very cool areas comes this North East Victorian example from St Leonard's. Though rather than disappoint, this wine matches its more fortunately located brethren. Pear juice and textural richness combine to form a wine which is probably loved in its local region, though perhaps now the secret is out, it may have to be shared more widely!
