An enticing bouquet of cassis and blackberry together with sweet spice and vanilla. This is the first straight Cabernet Sauvignon of Stonecroft from the Fernhill Vineyard. It has dense black fruit flavours of blackberry and blackcurrant, with cedar and cigar box notes and a great tannic structure.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
