Chalk HillSangiovese 2013
About this product
Tuscany and Chianti’s most celebrated grape variety has started to find a home in Australia and a few wineries in the McLaren Vale have taken it up with gusto. This finely crafted, juicy variety, shows layers of spice mingling with trademark dark cherry fruit. Fine savoury tannins linger on the palate and make it a perfect accompaniment to food, it would also benefit from some decanting.
