Nero Davola IGT 2018

Bright ruby red colour. The nose is intense and enveloping with strong hints of red fruit, cherries and plums and sweet spices that come back to the palate accompanied by a pleasant acidity and softness. The wine is dry on the palate, warm and refreshingly acidic, with mature tannins that can barely be perceived. Goes well with fish soup, pasta with meat sauces, lamb, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
