Silver Barossa Shiraz 2021

The colour is plum red, with an aroma rich red plums and layers of mocha oak. Ripe blackberry fruit characters are layered over rich, creamy textures derived from oak maturation. Well-structured ripe tannins give the wine a rich, textured palate. The Shiraz fruit was sourced from the Barossa region which is renowned for the sandy loam found there. The grapes were harvested in late April when the fruit was at its optimum level of ripeness. This wine delivers elegant spice combined with a rich chocolate finish.
