Dry, Medium Bodied style of White WineA pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
