This Chardonnay fruit is from one of the best vineyards in the Hunter Valley. The wine has had minimal French oak contact and exhibits the characteristics of fresh fruits and minerals, the very flavours that made Chardonnay famous in Australia in the late 70's. The lifty nutty tones and creamy textures make it easy drinking. A pale colour, citrus, blossom, almond and creamy oak aroma. Citrus and orange blossom carry onto the palate and are layered with creamy textured characters. A delicate and fine bodied Chardonnay.
