First Cut Shiraz 2018

A deep ruby red in colour. Bright and intensively aromatic, the nose sings of the vintage and variety. Fresh cut herbs and red berry fruits with subtle spice and complimentary charry oak. Fresh fruited with excellently balanced acidity and finely structured. This is a wine that will grow in stature as it ages. Selected from multiple sites through the McLaren Vale region, each displaying a unique site character which integrates well to form the final blend.
