Dry, Light Bodied style of Sauvignon BlancSelected from 2 Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. A pale yellow colour, aromatic and intense nose with rich tropical fruit balanced hits of asparagus and cut grass with a hint of passionfruit. Soft and rounded palate with the freshness of melon, guava and cucumber. Well balanced acidity with a very slight textural finish. Great length and intensity.
Selected from 2 Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in the Adelaide Hills.
