First Cut G'Noir Sparkling NV

A colour of Vibrant Violet Rose with Rose Hue. An aroma of strawberries and cream with fresh raspberries, hints of crisp nashi pear, white peach and freshly squeezed citrus. Intense primary fruits of strawberry and raspberry with mid-palate rhubarb and stone fruit. Lively acid is balanced with the subtle fruit sweetness. Harvested in the early hour in order to preserve freshness. A blend of vintages ranging from 2010 to 2012 gives complexity, secondary fruit balanced with fresh youthful lift.
