ARNEIS – ADELAIDE HILLS
- Native to the Piedmont region of North-western Italy. After
WWII Arneis almost became extinct as it is notoriously
difficult to grow, hence it has earned the nickname “Little
Rascal”
- Light to medium body
- Fermented on clear juice, lees contact for 9wks which gives
it creamy fuller mouthfeel
- Citrus, white peach with textural mouthfeel.
