The Swan Bay range continues the Scotchmans Hill winemaking philosophy of restraint, elegance, balance and purity. Deep purple hue with a complex nose of ripe dark fruits, red berries and plums and a touch of liquorice and chocolate. This is balanced by spice and well integrated cedar oak. A full flavoured and complex wine which is dominated by plum, cherry and red fruits. This is rounded out by white pepper, liquorice and spice, with a cedary oak finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
