HillSauvignon Blanc 2014
About this product
From vineyard management, to fermentation techniques, and finally blending the wines, adhering to the strict Scotchmans Hill philosophy of quality – to create a range of deliciously quaffable wines that offer great value for money. Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2014 shows a complex and lifted nose of gooseberry and passionfruit, with herbaceous notes. Full and tight with gooseberries, passionfruit and grassy overtones. Firm acid, some minerality and intense flavours on the mid palate give the wine overall balance.
