Hill Cuvee Brut NV displays lifted floral and lemon citrus scents with yeasty characters and green apple notes. Displays a fine bead and a lively mousse. Lemon citrus flavours and subtle yeast characters with firm acid gives the wine overall balance, length and freshness.
