Scotchmans Hill EsteSauvignon Blanc 2013
About this product
Estella Sauvignon Blanc 2013 is reflective of the terroir, displaying great depth, flavour and complexity. Ripe fruit notes such as melon, and guava lead way to a upfront palate of juicy, ripe fruit and a slight citrus hint. Lovely structure and balanced complexity.

Hand-picked, crushed, clear juice fermented with cultured yeast. An interesting decision to go hunting so far further afield for sauvignon blanc, even if it is the best-credentialled eastern states region - and lives up to its reputation in this smoothly presented, impeccably balanced wine.
