Domaine de la Prade Chardonnay is carefully aged for a year to develop and preserve the natural aromas and character of the white grapes. It is then de-alcoholised using a gentle patented method that does not lose any of the natural aromas or character of the wine. This non-alcoholic Chardonnay is well rounded, with a dry texture and balance that will complement most foods, especially spicy Asian dishes.
