From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.

Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.

Well, this was a surprise. Nice bottle and label and a lovely deep plum-red colour in the glass. On the nose its quite dry and mildly fruity. The flavour profile is actually perhaps a little bit mild (maybe they were going for gentle?),
