Savvy from the Adelaide Hills can be quite exceptional and this one is up there. Has a gooseberry and grapefruit combo lifting from a lemon tart aroma. It’s crisp and lively with a high energy palate driven through to a long finish by a talcy fine acidity. Pure and pristine with minerality that appeals on the finish. Cellar:4 years
