The name reflects that this is more grigio than gris in structure and style with the result being it has less weight and oily viscosity that can sometimes intrude on gris. It’s a delightfully fragrant and fresh wine with pear and apple characteristics plus a squeeze of lemon to finish. If you’re wanting to dabble in this variety this is not a bad starting point."
