"The acidity is obtuse, but there is more intensity, drive and linearity to this wine than the other cuvees. As the odd name infers, chocolate a go go. Abundant dark fruit references, too, with piney oak rounding it all off."

"Deep, dense, glass staining purple/red colour. The bouquet is shy and reserved, dry-spicy and savoury, studded with peppercorns. The palate is reserved, appropriately firm and very pleasant even if it lacks ripe-fruit sweetness and succulence. It is well crafted and well priced."
