We have produced Shiraz and Cabernet in South Australia for over e Century and in this time regions like McLaren Vale and the Langhorne Creek have become renown for the wines produced from these varieties… and the quintessential Aussie classic ‘claret” of Shiraz Cabernet blends. These are the vinous endeavours of the regionally defined wines we nurtured from the 2022 vintage.
